Bud & Georgia JohnsonAs the owners of MinnTex, Bud and Georgia deal with all aspects of running a business. Bud’s primary responsibilities include freight logistics (both inbound and outbound) and purchasing fruit from the packing sheds. Georgia handles customer service including; checking orders and invoicing. Both of the Johnsons have enjoyed visiting their customers over the years.
Tiffany RaveIn August of 2018, Tiffany Rave joined us as an Administrative Assistant. She is a graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, with a Business Management Degree. She was an All-American Division 3 softball player while at Luther. She is responsible for customer service and also visits clients. Tiffany is married to Philip, and they have two sons Marin and Cole and a daughter Finley. Tiffany enjoys coaching her children, spending time with family and enjoying their lake life at their cabin.
Mike SchemmelMike is a Monticello native who took the opportunity to work for Bud and Georgia after being employed for the Iowa DNR for 6 years. Mike is a graduate of Upper Iowa University in Fayette, IA where he earned a major in Conservation Management and a minor in Biology. Mike’s responsibilities include managing the warehouse, assembling orders and helping with the Sports Facility. Mike and his wife Mindy have a daughter Leah. Mike enjoys riding his bike, boating and spending time outdoors.
In January 2020, Morgan Stogdill joined the MinnTex team full-time. She was born and raised in Monticello, Iowa. She worked in the banking industry for numerous years. Morgan worked seasonally at MinnTex for 4 years prior to 2020. She is responsible for assisting with customer service and various office duties. She is also the Sports and Marketing Director of the Eastern Iowa Sports Facility. Morgan is married to Ryan, and they have a son Landon and a daughter Hannah. She enjoys coaching and watching her kids play sports and spending time with family.
